Services
Our facility offers 24 hour Skilled Nursing Care for our 55 bed Skilled Nursing Unit
and is staffed with Certified Nursing Assistants, LPNs and RNs. Our professional
and caring staff is dedicated to providing the personal attention and care your
loved ones need.
Our Therapy department offers Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. We
also have a well staffed Restorative Department which supports the Skilled
Therapies and residents in meeting their goals.
Physicians , and have 24 hour availability to physician services. We also offer
mental health services, podiatry, dental, optometry, and audiology services as well
as laboratory, x-ray, and other diagnostic services.
SGH residents don't have to leave the facility for many tests or assessments. Most
services are brought in house, which offers a great level of convenience for our
guests, both residents and family members.
Our dietary department is managed by a Certified Dietary Manager who consults
routinely with a Registered Dietitian who reviews patients and their dietary needs.
We offer a great range of fun and inspiring activities all week long, including
afternoons and weekends.
Our Home for the Aged section offers Assisted Living with medication
administration, assistance with activities of daily living, cooked meals,
housekeeping and laundry services. We offer a wide range of accomoda
